We currently do not offer online checkout. To place a wholesale order, please register for access through the Wholesale Access tab and submit your order to orders@shopklinn.com. Once your order is received, we will review it and contact you with next steps!

There is no minimum order amount required. Please note that all items must be ordered in quantities of at least two.

We ship orders Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM–3:00 PM CST. Once your order has been confirmed, it will typically be processed and shipped within 48 hours. Please note that shipping and fulfillment times may vary during wholesale market and trade show events.

We primarily use FedEx for all shipments. Shipping rates vary based on your location, package size, and shipment weight. USPS and UPS may also be available upon request and with prior approval.

We participate in a variety of wholesale trade shows throughout the year. Information about upcoming show dates and locations will be shared on our Instagram page and private wholesale Facebook group.

We take great care in packaging your orders to help ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, despite our best efforts, damage may occasionally occur during transit. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible and provide a photo of the item for review. If inventory is available, we will gladly send a replacement. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund for the damaged item.
